U.S. law enforcement agencies have generally responded to 9/11 with a pretend counterterrorism policy. They still insist that naming the enemy as Islamism causes terrorism, that Islamist violence poses no more threat than that of neo-Nazis, racial supremacists, et al., and that counterterrorism primarily involves feel-good measures such as improving civil rights, passing anti-discrimination laws, and displaying goodwill to Islamists.

And then there is the New York Police Department, an institution uniquely spurred by 9/11 to abandon its former laxity and get serious. The force that had mishandled prior terrorist incidents (e.g., the assassination of Meir Kahane) quickly transformed itself into an outstanding counterterrorist agency under the remarkable leadership of Raymond Kelly. (Andrew McCarthy calls him a "godsend"). Unlike other law enforcement institutions, NYPD names the enemy, acknowledges the predominant threat of Islamist violence, and built a robust intelligence operation.

The public saw first hints of these changes in 2006, in the course of the Shahawar Matin Siraj trial. The government convicted Siraj, an illegal Pakistani immigrant planning to blow up a subway station, on the basis of information from two NYPD Muslim spies: a paid police informant, Osama Eldawoody, and a pseudonymous undercover detective, "Kamil Pasha." The latter testified about his serving as a "walking camera" among Muslims living in Brooklyn, to "observe, be the ears and eyes" for the NYPD.

Christopher Dickey provided the fullest picture of the department's achievements in a 2009 book, Securing the City: Inside America's Best Counterterror Force--The NYPD. Now, just in time for the 10th anniversary of 9/11, the Associated Press published a series of breathless investigations by Adam Goldman on the department's methods, focusing on NYPD cooperation with the Central Intelligence Agency, thereby bringing the department under intense political scrutiny.

Goldman reports that the department dispatched officers to Pakistani neighborhoods and "instructed them to look for reasons to stop cars: speeding, broken tail lights, running stop signs, whatever. The traffic stop gave police an opportunity to search for outstanding warrants or look for suspicious behavior. An arrest could be the leverage the police needed to persuade someone to become an informant." NYPD established the Terrorist Interdiction Unit to handle these informants, including "mosque crawlers," "café crawlers," shopkeepers, and nosy neighbors.

There is alot of debate going on right if Anders Behring Breivik was indeed a Christian terrorist. Many have also compared him with Islamic jihadist. Most of been on the left that have made this comparison. Even on the right Michael Savage has made this comparison. Lets take a look at the facts of who Breivik was. We can find this out by taking a look at his manifesto he wrote entitled 2083: A European Declaration Of Independence. The single point I have yet to see anyone hardly make is what Andres says on page 1307 of his manifesto.

"If you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and God then you are a religious Christian. Myself and many more like me do not necessarily have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and God. We do however believe in Christianity as a cultural, social,identity and moral platform. This makes us Christian."

For me the fact he admits he does not have a personal relationship with Christ shows it is not a Christian. This is a basic fundamental of Christianity.

According to Andres his defintion of a Christian on page 1361 is:

"you believe in and want to protect Europe’s Christian cultural heritage."

Just because you want to defend Christian culture does not make one a Christian. Im not aware of any Christian that I know that would agree that believes that would make one a Christian. Claiming your a Christian and not accepting Jesus as your Savior would be comparable to a Muslim that does not believe that allah is the one true god and that Muhammad was allahs prophet. It just simply does not work.

Secondly some have said that he quoted Bible in his manifesto therefore he just like the jihadist who quote the Quran. While he does quote the Bible. As far as I can tell he does not quote it in order to justify the killing of children at the camp. Even if he did try to quote the Bible to justify his actions it would be quoted widly out of context. There is no Christian school of thought that would justify his attack. On the other side you have Muslim leaders and Muslim scholars more than willing to use the Quran to justify terrorist attacks.

I could go on about this but I wont. The bottom line is if you look at the example of Jesus who is the example that Christians are to follow and emulate He said: "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;" (Matthew 5:44)

Then you compare that to the example of Muhammad who is the the ultimate example for Muslims to follow. (Quran 33:21) Here is what allah told Muhammad to write in the Quran about unbelievers: "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." (Quran 9:29)

WASHINGTON (AP) _ The chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee says more than 40 Americans have been recruited by al-Qaida-linked terrorists in Somalia and have gone there to fight.

U.S. counterterrorism officials have not reported such high numbers of Americans joining the Somali terror organization, al-Shabab. The government has said at least 21 Somali-Americans are believed to have traveled to Somalia to join the terror group in what began as a push to expel Ethiopian soldiers. Al-Shabab claimed responsibility for the double suicide bomb attack in Uganda's capital last year, and members have aligned themselves with other anti-Western terror groups.

New York Republican Rep. Peter King's findings are based on his committee's investigation into the threat.

King plans to address the problem Wednesday during his third congressional hearing on Muslim radicalization.

1. Anders Behring Breivik was a Fundamentalist Christian

Breivik described himself as not a religious person and mentions praying only once. His plans leading up to the attacks involved multiple visits to prostitutes. In one section of his manifesto he clarifies what he means by Christian.

Breivik did call himself a Christian, but meant that in a cultural sense, rather than a theological one. He emphasized that he was not seeking a theocracy, but a secular society. His idea of a Christian Europe had nothing to do with religion.

2. Anders Behring Breivik Hated Muslims

Breivik viewed Muslims as the enemy, but only domestically. He emphasized that; "Knights Templar do not intend to persecute devout Muslims"

And he contemplated collaborating with them on terrorist attacks against Europe. "An alliance with the Jihadists might prove beneficial to both parties... We both share one common goal." The Caliphate was a useful enemy for his cause.

In Breivik's own words, this is how such an arrangement would play out;

"They are asked to provide a biological compound manufactured by Muslim scientists in the Middle East. Hamas and several Jihadi groups have labs and they have the potential to provide such substances. Their problem is finding suitable martyrs who can pass “screenings” in Western Europe. This is where we come in. We will smuggle it in to the EU and distribute it at a target of our choosing. We must give them assurances that we are not to harm any Muslims etc."

Ask yourself is these are the words of a anti-Jihadist who was fighting against Islam. Or a delusional European terrorist who was willing to ally with Jihadist against his fellow Europeans.

Breivik spells out that he is willing to kill Europeans on behalf of just about anyone...

There might come a time when we, the PCCTS, Knights Templar will consider to use or even to work as a proxy for the enemies of our enemies.

Under these circumstances, the PCCTS, Knights Templar will for the future consider working with the enemies of the EU/US hegemony such as Iran (South Korea is unlikely), al-Qaeda, al-Shabaab or the rest of the devout fractions of the Islamic Ummah with the intention for deployment of small nuclear, radiological, biological or chemical weapons in Western European capitals and other high priority locations.

Justiciar Knights and other European Christian martyrs can avoid the scrutiny normally reserved for individuals of Arab descent and we can ensure successful deployment and detonation in the location of our choice.

This should put to rest any idea that Breivik was on a crusade against Islam. He was a deluded man who imagined himself leading a takeover of Europe, even if he had to serve as a Muslim proxy to do it.

3. Anders Behring Breivik was Inspired by Counterjihad Bloggers

Except Breivik didn't actually kill Muslims. Instead he claimed to be part of a modern Templar Knights organization that was going to take over Europe. Breivik played role playing video games obsessively. One of his favorites was Dragon Age, one of whose characters is a Templar Knight who hacks his way to power.

Did the game inspire Breivik to become a modern Templar Knight? As much as Catcher in the Rye inspired the murder of John Lennon.

Breivik was manic depressive and using steroids while obsessively acting out power fantasies. He built up a fantasy world that convinced him he could become, "...a hero of Europe... A perfect example which should be copied, applauded and celebrated. The Perfect Knight I have always strived to be."

Trying to apply rational standards to Breivik is futile. Like many killers he was of above average intelligence, but below average sanity. Remove the politics, and Breivik fits the profile of most spree killers. He was angry at society, a loner, suffered from mental problems, abused drugs (in his case steroids) and acted out violent scenarios in violent video games.

AUSTRALIA--A Sydney man who was held down on his bed and whipped up to 40 times by strangers had recently converted to Islam and was reportedly being punished for drinking.

The 31-year-old was asleep in his apartment in Silverwater, in Sydney's west, when he woke to find four bearded men in his bedroom about 1am (AEST) yesterday.

Three of the intruders restrained him on the bed while the fourth man used a cable to lash him 40 times.

The attack lasted about 30 minutes and left the man covered in welts, the Seven Network reported today.

The man reportedly told police he had only recently converted to Islam and that fundamental Wahabi Muslims were punishing him for having a few drinks with friends.

Members of Sydney's Muslim community have condemned the attack.

"This criminal act has no place in Islam. As Australian Muslims we are required to follow Australian law, not take the law into our own individual hands," Ahmed Kilami, from the Muslim Village, told the Seven Network.

"I hope these guys are caught and face the full force of the law."

The victim has moved out of his home but hopes what happens to him will not distort people's view of his adopted religion, the network said.

The nation's Islamic leaders want recognition of sharia law as it applies to banking practices, according to an exclusive Herald Sun survey of imams.

The survey showed some imams are sceptical that Osama bin Laden's death will be of benefit to ordinary Muslims, and they are unhappy with the way US forces disposed of his body.

CONCERN that ordinary Muslims are still being linked to terrorism.

Imam Yusuf Parker, from the Alhidayah Centre in Perth, said Australia should consider recognising sharia law as it applied to finance and family law matters.

Imam Parker said Islam forbade the charging or paying of interest "so finding interest-free loans will again help Muslims to practise their Islam better".

"Other than the two major issues mentioned, I don't see other sharia law that Muslims would seek to have legally recognised," he said.

Fellow WA imam Sheik Burhaan Mehtar said sharia law often was raised to scare non-Muslims, but a dialogue would lead to better understanding.

"Islamic banking and the non-slavery of humans is a classic example. Interest is slavery," he said.

Islamic Council of Victoria board member Nazeem Hussain said legal and tax barriers currently prevented local banks from offering Islamic finance products.

Islam stands alone amongst all modern faiths, adamantly denying its votaries freedom of conscience, as guaranteed, for example, by Article 18 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (“Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.”), and insisting upon lethal punishment for “public” apostates, in full accord with the Sharia.

A translation of the Iranian Supreme Court verdict makes illuminating, if depressing reading:

Mr. Youcef Nadarkhani, son of Byrom, 32 years old, married, born in Rasht in the state of Gilan is convicted of turning his back on Islam, the greatest religion the prophesy of Mohammad, at the age of 19.

He has often participated in Christian worship and organized home church services, evangelizing and has been baptized and baptized others, converting Muslims to Christianity. He has been accused of breaking Islamic Law that from puberty (15 years according to Islamic law) until the age of 19 the year 1996, he was raised a Muslim in a Muslim home. During court trials, he denied the prophecy of Mohammad and the authority of Islam. He has stated that he is a Christian and no longer Muslim.

During many sessions in court with the presence of his attorney and a judge, he has been sentenced to execution by hanging according to article 8 of Tahrir -olvasileh (one of Khomeni’s books about Sharia Law and Khamenie’s and Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi’s fatwa) His sentence was appealed by his attorney and sent to the supreme court.

And because of advertising and pastoring a church repeatedly professed his Christian faith and denied the prophet Mohammad and the 12th Imam and denied the entire Koran and truth of the Koran.

His case was forwarded to the supreme court (Judge Fazel) and according to Part 2 of article 265 of the Islamic Republic Criminal Law, this case received by and must be returned the state court of Gilan Section 11, and further investigated to prove that from puberty (15 years) to 19 he was not Muslim by his acquaintances, relatives, local elders, and Muslims he frequented. He must repent his Christian faith if this is the case. No research has been done to prove this, if it can be proved that he was a practicing Muslim as an adult and has not repented, the execution will be carried out.

MINNEAPOLIS -- A group of Minneapolis-area Somalis, including some who traveled to their homeland to allegedly take up arms against the Ethiopian army, held secret meetings in 2007 to plan the trips, created fake itineraries to fool family members and challenged one another about their commitment, prosecutors contend in a court filing.

The document was filed this week in advance of a trial for one man accused of being part of the conspiracy.

It sheds new light on how the recruiting operation worked in Minneapolis and how some of the men arrived at safehouses in Somalia, where they received AK-47s and weapons training.

Since the fall of 2007, at least 21 men have left Minnesota for Somalia, where authorities believe they joined the terror group al-Shabab. Eighteen people have been charged in Minnesota in connection with the case, including Omer Abdi Mohamed, who goes on trial next week on terror-related charges.

Mohamed never traveled to Somalia, but he is accused of helping others who did. His attorney calls the allegations ridiculous.

"Omer was never involved in terrorism," said defense attorney Peter Wold. "It certainly stirs the public sentiment to suggest that, but it is not part of this case, not a part of Omer, and that will be abundantly clear."

Somalia has not had a functioning government since 1991, when warlords overthrew a socialist dictator and then turned on each other, causing chaos in the African nation of about 7 million people.

Amr Gamal Shedid was attempting to fly from Baltimore Washington International Airport to Minnesota on July 7 when a security officer operating an X-ray machine noticed something suspicious and discovered the 12 switchblades and a butterfly knife in the flier's luggage, according to Sgt. Kirk Perez, a spokesperson for the Maryland Transportation Authority Police. Shedid told officers that he collected knives.

The Problem With Islam Being Reformed

THE REAL WAR

It’s a myth to think that there is a struggle between “moderate” and “extremist” Muslims going on in the Middle East; the war is between nationalists that love their national heritage and Muslim Universalists who attach themselves to Sharia. The use “moderate” implies that Islam can be moderated or is moderate. It’s not.

The problem is that we have not defined Islam’s views—that is—a war on capitalism, nationalism Jews/Israel/Zionism and Trinitarians. This is the core of Islam’s war throughout history. All four schools of Sunni Islamic thought: Hanafi, Hanbali, Shafii and Maliki espouse Islam as a political Universalist Jihadi movement. Ijtihad, the idea of freethinking is restricted and confined within the laws of Shariah.

REFORMATION STARTS BY CONFESSION

Let’s first take Dr. Zudi Jasser, a self-described reformist who honestly does reject violence. Yet, it is clear that Jasser also rejects the idea that Muhammad or even Islam’s founders have exercised violence as the sunnah/hadith clearly describes.

Westerners look at the first, while they ignore the second.

Jasser promotes Muslim scholars to back his idea that Islam can be reformed. Yet even such reformers confess that Muhammad used force. Take Muhammad Said Ashmawi whom Jasser promotes as one of the greatest examples, he states “Arabs did not enter into Islam submitting and obeying as the Quran says, but they came as a result of the prophet’s control and rule over them by the Muhajiroun and Ansar. So their view of governance came from Muhammad ‘governed by a governor’, followers of a master and a king. This created a dangerous scenario on how to define the Caliphate.” (Al-Khilafa, M.S Al-Ashmawi, Pp 54.)

You cannot deal with Islam unless you deny the authority of the Quran and Muhammad, which Jasser isn’t prepared to do which Ashmawi does.

TAHREEF

There is only one option left for the reformists, even Ashmawi had to resort to the Hadith having succumbed to Tahreef (textual corruption) (Pp.77, 78), which is like saying to devout Christians that the New Testament has been modified with insertions regarding the Kingdom of Christ, the hope of every devout Christian. If Muslims follow this, there is no hope left in keeping the faith. Islam is a Mohammedan religion just as Christianity is Christ’s. Removing Muhammad from the equation is as removing Christ from Christianity.

A great example when speaking of Islam is Mormonism. Mormons by large moderated in the U.S., its original faith was similar to Islam—warfare, concubines, execution of apostates…but it did not moderate of its own free will. It was defeated after the Utah War and the Mountain Meadow Massacre committed by Brigham Young. It was Mormonism’s presence under President James Buchanan and the influence of Christianity that suppressed their movement and influenced it and toned it down. It was through textual changes and much abrogation.

ABROGATION—JASSERS’ DILEMMA

While Jasser calls for allegorizing the Quran he follows the strict literal ruling that alcohol is forbidden, by this he exercises a literal interpretation alongside the laws of Islamic abrogation since consuming alcohol was permitted in the first parts of the Quran. So if we take his model, the peaceful verses also can be abrogated which is the reason we have terrorism.

ASHMAWI’S REFORMATION—THE CHRISTIAN MODEL

Jasser uses Ashmawi as one of his favorite examples of moderation of Islam. Yet Ashmawi describes the intent of the caliphate, which was to build a spiritual entity like Christianity (Jesus to Peter). He uses the Christian model. However, if the Muslim nation was “the best of all nations” and Islam was “the superior, pure, uncorrupted and unadulterated word of God” this solution would reverse the equation that stems from a confession by Ashmawi, that Christianity had it right and Islam didn’t since Muhammad according to reformists never intended a successor. (P.p 104)

Ashmawi compares Christianity’s vicar (Khalifa) to the spiritual-religious affairs while Islam’s Caliph is definitely in charge of civil affairs (P.p 105)

Jasser is to be commended for his stand against the Muslim Brotherhood-umbrella like CAIR, ISNA and others, however his organization only has 1500 members with only 13% being Muslim, yet he stated on the Dennis Prager show that 70% of all Muslims follow his style of Islam. Where did he get these numbers?

THE ALIENATION ISSUE

In my view, there is no real significant evidence of reformation within Islam; Jasser gives a false sense of hope. Reformation begins with theologians’ not medical doctors. We have no religious manuals in Islam that fits Jasser’s views.

Even Sufi Muslims who are touted to be moderate are Mahdists and if a Mahdi arrives we will have a fuehrer whose objective is to destroy the Jews and Christians. Jasser’s model creates a war on freedom since according to Jasser: “The problem comes when ill-advised trainers (like me and other “islamaphobes”) ‘equate political Islam and Sharia with Islam itself’”. This only serves to silence critics. As Zudi proclaimed: “They [critics of Islam] cannot be on the frontlines in an ideological battle being waged, which demonizes the morality of the faith of Islam and its founder, the Prophet Mohammed.”

You cannot have it both ways since as what Jasser says here would be extreme and is the same argument made by CAIR and their ilk that only serve an “alienation agenda”. Should Jasser as a medical doctor not alienate smokers? After all, according to doctors smoking kills. What about “moderate” smokers?

“Moderate” Muslims believe in Shariah as well and the “strategy” should never supersede freedom. As Jasser claims “Most should understand that strategically, identifying ‘Islam as the problem,’ immediately alienates upwards of one quarter of the world’s population.”

What about alienating Christians? Fear of alienation never serves the truth, as the truth is almost always offensive. When Muslims curse the Trinity, are Christians not being alienated? Muslims that are “alienated” suffer from a condition called intolerance.

The fear of alienation is destructive. Hinduism with its reincarnation if fully believed is destructive since a baboon becomes someone’s uncle. Do I alienate the Hindu by teaching him to remove baboons? Sati, the Hindu practice of burning widows was abolished thanks to Christians like William Carey and William Wilberforce. Did these righteous Christians alienate India? No, they saved women. Did they do it by respecting Hinduism? Hinduism had its own ‘Shariah’ that needed to be defeated. It was the love of God and biblical ethics that helped save women.

Islam hates the Trinity and according to Christian biblical theology, this is Antichrist (1 John 2:22). This definitely demonizes Islam, which is the core writings of my critics. But is their label of racism valid? Hardly, no matter how many times they beat their drums.

Jasser’s argument presents a dilemma; he is against using the word “Islam” when countering Islamists. But this is an impossibility since everyone who objects on us using “Islam” instead of “Islamism” are caught slipping, Jasser himself states: “Political Islam has a viral recurrence in the form of an infection, which needs a Muslim counter-jihad in order to purge it.” Islam is political, so to say “political Islam” instead of Islam is ridiculous and only proves useful as a ploy not to sound too “right wing.”

When does a strategy supersede truth? When does the end justify the means? Moderates are not defined by denouncing violent Jihad or the subjugation of women. Moderates are the ones that denounce Shariah with all its civil aspects—inheritance and marriage laws included. Can a woman inherit equal portions of a man in Islamic Sharia? Can marriage between Muslim women with non-Muslim be acceptable? Should a pastor be able to purchase a mosque in order to convert its use as a church?

Is Jasser willing to condemn Shariah? If so, how can he then face moderate Muslims that believe in it? Which means that they are not moderate, how then can they justify believing in Shariah? Is the Northern Alliance of Afghanistan moderate? How so when they call for the killing Islamic converts to Christianity.

Such efforts simply create false hope based on a false premise. The problem is the literal interpretation of the Quran. The solution according to Jasser is to introduce a un-literal interpretation. The fact is; we only have few choices. If Capitalism is considered an “extreme” solution to Communism then socialism is the answer. But is it? Can we promote an oxymoron—“communistic capitalism”?

When it comes to Islam what we need is “Oxyclean” and not an oxymoron. Reformation of Islam is impossible since no one with common sense could espouse to reform Communism or Nazism. Can we change Islamic inheritance laws without defeating Islam first? Will we succeed in allowing a glass of wine and pork chop to be eaten in Mecca without first defeating Islam? Will Zuhdi allow a Christian boy to marry a Muslim girl or allow a non-Muslim marry his daughter?

What will the return on investment be on the likes of Jasser? Jasser has very few followers while the Bible won two thirds of Africa, which less than fifty years ago was two thirds Muslim.

It is a myth to say that Christendom gained peace by allegorizing the Bible. The fact is that a Christian literalist is peaceful. No one can explain the Quran by avoiding the literal Hadith. No one can reverse the Quran—its Medina violent verses are its New Testament and the Meccan is it’s abrogated the old. Neither is self-deception viable since reformation and Ijtihad have limitations.

No, the Christian who denounces Islam does not do as Jasser suggests: “dismiss our most powerful weapon against the militant Islamists—the mantle of religion and the pulpit of moderate Muslims who can retake our faith from the Islamists”. When Jasser says: “we need to retake our religion” this falls under the myth that Islam was hijacked. When was it hijacked? Was it hijacked when Jews were exiled out of Arabia at time of Mohammad the Prophet of Islam?

Even when this issue of the massacre and the exile of the Jews from Saudi Arabia was brought up in a debate with Jasser, he simply denied it: “its impossible for a prophet to commit such a thing” he said, despite this being well documented in the Hadith of Al Bukari. So Dr. Jasser transforms from being a Jihadist to becoming a holocaust denier, and makes excuses for the violence of the Prophet Mohammad.

Its difficult to deny the bloody wars committed in the name of Allah when Omar ransacked Judea. If in doubt, read the works of Sophronius. Must Christians abandon history in order to reform a cult? Can a Muslim denounce Khalid bin Al-Waleed’s blood thirst on Persians after the coagulating of their blood clogged a ravine? Will Dr. Jasser denounce Tareq bin Ziad cooking Christians in Caldrons in Spain? Will he denounce Ali’s cry that “we are a people who drink blood out of the goblets of the skulls of our enemies”? Will he denounce the drinking of the blood of Muhammad by his companions as it dripped from his shield? Will he denounce Muhammad’s cry that “the trees and the stones will cry out there is a Jew hiding behind me”? Can Muslims cry out for the blood of the Martyrs of Cordova as much as Christians continually confess murders done by the Crusades?

The answer is yes, but this comes only through confession, which is the habit of Christians and Jews.

Deceivers are not only defined when evil men intentionally lie to destroy what is good, but also by well intentioned individuals who undermine what is obviously evil.

Federal prosecutors in Detroit have unsealed a two-year-old criminal indictment against a former Dearborn man who, they say, tried to use a phony U.S. passport to sneak into Israel in 2000 to carry out a bombing for Hizballah.

The indictment, handed down in August 2009, said Faouzi Mohamad Ayoub, 44, who also goes by the name Fawzi Ayoub, used a passport in the name of Frank Mariano Boschi to try to get into Israel. The U.S. State Department has designated Hizballah as a Lebanese terrorist group.

The indictment was unsealed Friday, two days after the FBI added the man’s name and photo to its most wanted terrorist list. There are 31 others on the list.

It’s unclear why Ayoub was added to the list so long after the 2000 incident, whether he was arrested in the episode and when and how long he lived in Dearborn.

There was no immediate comment from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Detroit or the Detroit FBI field office, which is handling the case.

The Israeli government reported that its forces arrested Ayoub in June 2002 during a raid in the West Bank city of Hebron. The Israelis said he was a senior Hizballah fighter who took part in Hizballah attacks on civilians. Ayoub denied the charges.

The government said he was born in Lebanon, immigrated to Canada and was recruited by Hizballah’s Canadian branch.

David said her worries about religious radicalization, but not among Muslims.

I am unaware of any anti-jihad supporter or blogger that is calling for Muslims to be rounded up in concentration camps to be killed. On the other hand I am aware of the leader of Iran saying that he does not believe in the holocaust and that he wants Israel wiped off the map. I am also aware that the Palestinian Authority has honored jihadist and said they will never recognize Israels right to exists. How about Hamas and Hezbollah that calling for the total destruction of Israel. How about calling them terrorist organizations and condemning them Mrs David. The latest design from al Qaeda's top bomb maker is a "belly bomb" developed to beat airport security in Europe and the Middle East where full body scanners are not widely used, according to U.S. officials.

A bulletin from the Department of Homeland Security warned, "DHS has identified a potential threat from terrorists who may surgically implant explosives or explosive components in humans to conduct terrorist attacks."

According to U.S. officials, the terrorist would detonate the bomb with a chemical-filled syringe.

"We do not think there would be enough to bring down a jetliner, but it is more likely the kind of bomb to be used in an assassination attempt," said one person briefed on the warnings.

U.S. officials told ABC News the "belly bomb" is the invention of Ibrahim Asiri, a young Saudi native who packed explosives into the rectal cavity of his 23-year old brother Abdullah for a suicide missions targeting the head of Saudi intelligence, Prince bin Nayef.

That bomb exploded prematurely, the officials said, and the only casualty was Asiri's brother. Asiri is also credited with two other failed plots involving the bomb hidden in the underwear of a passenger on a Detroit-bound flight, and the bombs hidden in printers being shipped from Yemen to Chicago.

As the Pride parade wound its way down Yonge St. on Sunday afternoon, a religious scholar at Toronto Metro Convention Centre briefly reiterated his view that homosexuals caught in the act should be executed in countries governed by Islamic law.

Addressing a 9,000-strong crowd at Journey of Faith, an annual Islamic conference, Bilal Philips said he was expelled from Germany in April for expressing that opinion.

Philips, a Canadian who now lives in Qatar, wondered how that was wrong because it’s what “Islamic law says.”

The conference drew criticism last year for inviting a televangelist from India who had expressed solidarity with Osama bin Laden and disparaged homosexuals and other groups. His speech was cancelled.

On Friday, the Star reported that two speakers at this year’s conference say gays should be killed.

The other was Abdur Raheem Green, a British convert to Islam.

On Sunday, Philips called media the “main perpetrator” of Islamophobia and called upon Muslim youth to take up journalism to “present our side of the story.”

Philips also said “we have to be vigilant with the media … as Jews and homosexuals are.”

Green, meanwhile, blasted the media for labelling him a “homophobic hate-preacher. There are hundreds of (my) speeches on YouTube … find a pattern,” he said, adding that a homophobic would continuously rant about it.

Dressed in a flowing black and green robe, his voice booming, Green asked the solemn audience how many people had written to the paper to complain about the story.

TWO CHRISTIAN SISTERS: Two Christian girls were kidnapped by a group of Muslims and forced to convert to Islam and get married. Rebbecca Masih and Saima Masih were kidnapped by a wealthy local businessman, Muhammad Waseem on May 24, 2011 in Jhang, in district of Faisalabad, according to Agenzia Fides. On May 25, Muhammad Waseem forcefully married Saima Masih, in the presence of the leader Muhammad Zubair Qasim, an active member of the banned extremist group "Sip-e-Sahaba", often known for organizing kidnappings and forced conversions of Christian girls and Hindus.

HINDU WOMEN: For several years, Hindu women have been forced to convert to Islam and marry Muslim men even though they are already married to Hindus. Christians living in the African nation of Senegal are on high alert due to political unrest and rioting that has broken out across the country.

Muslim protestors burned down two churches in the capital city of Dakar this week. A dispute over the upcoming presidential election has sparked riots across the city.

More than 100 people have been injured in the rioting. The government imposed a curfew and cut off power for much of the city.

CBN News spoke with one Christian living in Dakar. His identity is being withheld because of safety concerns.

He told us why he believes Muslim protestors are taking advantage of the political unrest to target Christians.

"There is a Muslim element, a radical element that exists in Dakar that has traditionally been underground," he said. "This group has existed for some time. They're using this political unrest and the power shortages as a cover to attack these churches now."

Christian leaders in Senegal have called for a day of prayer and fasting on July 3.

MUSLIMS in Australia were urged yesterday to join the uprisings that have toppled regimes across the Middle East, to renounce moderate forms of the religion and to reject democracy, during a day-long conference sponsored by a radical Islamic organisation.

Hizb ut-Tahrir, a fundamentalist group that calls for the establishment of a caliphate stretching from the Middle East to Indonesia, hosted the event at Lidcombe, which drew about 1000 people.

Talks included ''The Muslim World in the 20th century: totalitarian Western oppression'' and ''Western endeavours to frustrate the Islamic revival''.

The group maintains a stance against violence, but says Muslims are obliged to engage in armed resistance against Israel and against the presence of foreign troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Asked if that meant the targeting of Australian troops, Mr Badar said, ''I would not go beyond saying that a military occupation is rightly resisted militarily.''

TEHRAN: Iran's supreme court has overturned a death sentence handed down to Yusef Nadarkhani, a Christian pastor accused of apostasy for having converted from Islam, his lawyer told AFP on Sunday.

"The supreme court has annuled the death sentence and sent the case back to the court in Rasht (his hometown), asking the accused to repent," Mohammad Ali Dadkhah said.

Nadarkhani, now 32, converted from Islam to Christianity at the age of 19 and became a pastor of a small evangelical community called the Church of Iran.

He was arrested in October 2009 and condemned to death for apostasy under Iran's Islamic Sharia laws, which however allow for such verdicts to be overturned if the convicted person "repents" and renounces his conversion.

After his conviction was upheld by an appeal court in Gilan province in September 2010, Nadarkhani turned to the supreme court. His wife, who was initially sentenced to life imprisonment, was released on appeal.

The lawyer said the verdict had been read out to him on the telephone and that he needed to travel to Rasht, where Nadarkhani is being held, to see the ruling for himself.

Dadkhah said he himself was sentenced on Sunday by a Tehran court to nine years in jail and a 10-year ban on practicing law or teaching at university for "actions and propaganda against the Islamic regime".

The lawyer said he had been criticised for having cooperated with the Centre for the Defence of Human Rights, an organisation founded by Nobel peace laureate Shirin Ebadi, as well as for giving interviews to foreign radio stations.

"I have 20 days to lodge an appeal," he said.

The apostate is not to be put to death immediately after he falls into apostasy, especially if his apostasy happens because of some doubt that arose. Rather he should be asked to repent and he should be offered the opportunity to return to Islam and resolve his doubts, if he has any doubts. Then if he persists in his apostasy after that, he is to be put to death.

Ibn Qudaamah said in al-Mughni, 9/18:

The apostate should not be put to death until he has been asked to repent three times. This is the view of the majority of scholars, including ‘Umar, ‘Ali, ‘Ata’, al-Nakhaii, Maalik, al-Thawri, al-Awzaa’i, Ishaaq and others. Because apostasy comes about because of doubt, and cannot be dispelled in an instant. Time should be allowed for the person to rethink the matter, and the best length of time is three days.

Dubai recorded 555 divorce cases among its Muslim population in 2010 and 150 of them were done by e-mail of mobile phone text messages.
While some experts consider a divorce through such means is legal, others believe it is not legitimate or final under Islamic law on the grounds spouses could fake such a divorce for some reasons.

Under Islamic law, a Muslim man can divorce his wife by just saying “your are divorced” three times but a woman cannot do the same.

“Dubai had 555 divorce cases in 2010, including 150 divorces through electronic means such as mobile phone texts,” the Arabic language daily 'Emarat Al Youm' said, citing figures by the Dubai family consultative council.

It quoted Mohammed Abdul Rahman, head of the personal affairs division at Dubai’s courts, as saying e-divorces are legal but must be proved at court.

“The wife files a divorce case at court after she receives the divorce message while the court has to verify this by asking the husband,” he said.

Two months after the covert U.S. raid that killed Osama bin Laden, posters emblazoned with images of the burning World Trade Center towers appeared at the country's largest university advertising a literary contest to glorify the slain al-Qaida chief.

The poem and essay competition at the prestigious Punjab University shows the footholds of hard-line Islamists on college campuses and growing efforts to raise their profile and influence even in the relatively cosmopolitan atmosphere of Pakistan's culture capital, Lahore.

The contest's organizers have kept their identities hidden. But many students and teachers suspect it is being held by a powerful Islamist student group that has increasingly enforced its conservative religious views on the rest of the campus — sometimes violently.

The Islami Jamiat Talaba, which is connected to Pakistan's largest Islamist party, has denied involvement, saying it doesn't participate in secret activities. But its leaders have publicly acknowledged that many members support bin Laden and have a profound hatred for the U.S.

The group's rising ambitions have intensified fears about the radicalization of Pakistan's educated middle classes, who make up a large part of the public university's population. The educated classes have been seen as a bulwark against militant groups such as the Taliban in the nuclear-armed country.

The Obama administration chose the eve of the holiday marking our Nation’s birth to acknowledge publicly behavior in which it has long been stealthily engaged to the United States’ extreme detriment: Its officials now admit that they are embracing the Muslim Brotherhood (MB or Ikhwan in Arabic). That would be the same international Islamist organization that has the destruction of the United States, Israel and all other parts of the Free World as its explicit objective.

On Thursday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tried to downplay the momentousness of this major policy shift by portraying it during a stopover in Budapest as follows: “The Obama administration is continuing the approach of limited contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood that have existed on and off for about five or six years.” In fact, as former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy points out in a characteristically brilliant, and scathing, dissection of this announcement, Team Obama’s official, open legitimation of the Brotherhood marks a dramatic break from the U.S. government’s historical refusal to deal formally with the Ikhwan.

To understand why the Obama administration’s embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood is so ominous, consider three insights into the organization’s nature and ambitions:

First, here’s the MB’s creed: “Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur’an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.” (Source: Husain Haqqani and Hillel Fradkin, “Islamist Parties: Going Back to the Origins.”)

Second, here’s the Ikwhan’s mission in America:

Third, here are excerpts from the Muslim Brotherhood’s “phased plan” for accomplishing that mission:

Phase One: Discreet and secret establishment of leadership.

Phase Two: Phase of gradual appearance on the public scene and exercising and utilizing various public activities. It greatly succeeded in implementing this stage. It also succeeded in achieving a great deal of its important goals, such as infiltrating various sectors of the Government.

Phase Three: Escalation phase, prior to conflict and confrontation with the rulers, through utilizing mass media. Currently in progress.

Phase Four: Open public confrontation with the Government through exercising the political pressure approach. It is aggressively implementing the above-mentioned approach. Training on the use of weapons domestically and overseas in anticipation of zero-hour. It has noticeable activities in this regard.

In short, the Muslim Brotherhood is deadly serious about waging what it calls “civilization jihad” against the United States and other freedom-loving nations in order to secure their submission to the Islamic totalitarian political-military-legal doctrine called shariah. The MB’s goal in this country is to replace our Constitution with theirs, namely the Koran. And they regard this task as one commanded by none other than Allah. To this end, as Andy McCarthy notes in the aforementioned essay, the MB’s senior official, Supreme Guide Muhammad Badi, has effectively declared war on the United States.

Were there any doubt that legitimacy is what the Ikhwan is taking away from this gambit, consider this assessment from an expert in Islamic groups, Ammar Ali Hassan, cited by Associated Press: “…The Brotherhood will likely try to float ‘conditions’ or ‘reservations’ on any dialogue to avoid a perception that it is allowing the U.S. to meddle in Egypt’s internal affairs. But in the end, the talks will give a boost to the group, he said, by easing worries some in the Brotherhood and the public have of a backlash if the Brotherhood becomes the dominant player in Egypt. ‘Now the Muslim Brotherhood will not have to worry [about] moving forward toward taking over power,’ Hassan said.”

Unfortunately, the U.S. government’s dangerous outreach to the Ikhwan is not confined to Egypt but is systematically practiced inside the United States, as well. For example:

Muslim-American organizations identified in court by the U.S. government – and, in many cases, by the Muslim Brotherhood itself – as MB fronts are routinely cultivated by federal, state and local officials. Representatives of homeland security, Pentagon, intelligence and law enforcement agencies frequently meet with and attend functions sponsored by such groups.

MB-associated individuals are sent as our country’s “goodwill ambassadors” to foreign Muslim nations and communities. MB-favored initiatives to insinuate shariah into the United States – notably, the Ground Zero Mosque and shariah-compliant finance, conscientious objector status for Muslim servicemen and stifling of free speech in accordance with shariah “blasphemy” laws – are endorsed and/or enabled by official institutions.

A blind eye is turned to the presence across the country of shariah-adherent mosques that incubate jihadism. A peer-reviewed study published last month in Middle East Quarterly determined that 81% of a random sample of 100 mosques exhibited such qualities – constituting an infrastructure for recruitment, indoctrination and training consistent with the Brotherhood’s phased plan.

Under both Republican and Democratic administrations, individuals with family and other ties to the Muslim Brotherhood have actually given senior government positions. The most recent of these to come to light is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff, Huma Abedin (who also happens to be former Rep. Anthony Weiner’s wife).

It seems a safe bet that, as Team Obama legitimates Muslim Brotherhood organizations and groups overseas, it will feel ever less constrained about further empowering their counterparts in the United States. If so, the MB will come to exercise even greater influence over what our government does and does not do about the threat posed by shariah, both abroad and here.

TEHRAN—Iran's elite military unit, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has transferred lethal new munitions to its allies in Iraq and Afghanistan in recent months, according to senior U.S. officials, in a bid to accelerate the U.S. withdrawals from these countries.

The Revolutionary Guard has smuggled rocket-assisted exploding projectiles to its militia allies in Iraq, weapons that have already resulted in the deaths of American troops, defense officials said. They said Iranians have also given long-range rockets to the Taliban in Afghanistan, increasing the insurgents' ability to hit U.S. and other coalition positions from a safer distance.

Such arms shipments would escalate the shadow competition for influence playing out between Tehran and Washington across the Middle East and North Africa, fueled by U.S. preparations to draw down forces from two wars and the political rebellions that are sweeping the region.

The U.S. is wrestling with the aftermath of uprisings against longtime Arab allies from Tunisia to Bahrain, and trying to leave behind stable, friendly governments in Afghanistan and Iraq. Iran appears to be trying to gain political ground amid the turmoil and to make the U.S. withdrawals as quick and painful as possible.

On the eve of celebrating our independence and freedom in the United States, a man in Iran faces death for being a Christian. In the last few days, the Supreme Court in Qom, Iran upheld the death sentence of Youcef Nadarkhani for converting from Islam to Christianity. His death sentence could be carried out any day.

Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani of the Church of Iran denomination was arrested in his home city of Rasht on October 13, 2009, while attempting to register his church. He was arrested because he allegedly questioned the Muslim monopoly on the religious instruction of children in Iran.

Pastor Nadarkhani merely spoke out against an Iranian policy that requires all children, regardless of their faith, to be taught Islamic teachings. When he pointed out that the Iranian constitution grants freedom of religion, local police demanded that he appear before a political tribunal where he was arrested and imprisoned – his charge, unlawful apostasy and evangelism to Muslims.

An Iranian court convicted him and sentenced him to death in 2010. On June 28, 2011, the Supreme Court in the Shia holy city of Qom, Iran upheld the apostasy conviction and death sentence. We know the Iranian regime often enacts death sentences without advance notice to prisoners’ families.

Time is of the essence, and the ACLJ is doing everything within its power to help save Pastor Nadarkhani. We have sent letters to the U.S. State Department, the Iranian Mission at the United Nations, members of the U.S. Congress, and other foreign leaders demanding Pastor Nadarkhani’s release.

TRIPOLI, Libya (The Blaze/AP) — A defiant Moammar Gadhafi threatened Friday to carry out attacks in Europe against “homes, offices, families,” unless NATO halts its campaign of airstrikes against his regime in Libya.

The Libyan leader, sought by the International Criminal Court for brutally crushing an uprising against him, delivered the warning in an audio message played to thousands of supporters gathered in the main square of the capital Tripoli.

It was one of the largest pro-government rallies in recent weeks, signaling that the embattled Libyan leader can still muster significant support. Gadhafi addressed the mass gathering in Green Square, speaking from an unknown location in a likely sign of concern over his safety.

Addressing the West, Gadhafi said Libyans might take revenge.

“These people (the Libyans) are able to one day take this battle … to Europe, to target your homes, offices, families, which would become legitimate military targets, like you have targeted our homes,” he said.

“We can decide to treat you in a similar way,” he said of the Europeans. “If we decide to, we are able to move to Europe like locusts, like bees. We advise you to retreat before you are dealt a disaster.”

An Egyptian Christian telecom mogul has angered Islamic hard-liners by posting an online cartoon of Mickey Mouse with a beard and Minnie in a face veil.

The ultraconservative Islamists, known as Salafis, called the cartoon posted by Naguib Sawiris on Twitter a mockery of Islam. They launched an online campaign calling on Muslims in Egypt to boycott Sawiris' mobile phone company Mobinil. Shares of Mobilnil and Orascom Telecom, which Sawiris founded, both fell on the Egyptian stock exchange overnight (NZ time).

Sawiris, who is also a politician, promotes a secular Egypt. He owns media companies and after Mubarak stepped down on February 11, he launched a political party that calls for separation of state and religion.

After the cartoon posted a few days ago stirred complaints on Twitter, Sawiris tweeted an apology on Friday and claimed he was joking.

"I apologise for those who don't take this as a joke; I just thought it was a funny picture; no disrespect meant. I am sorry," he tweeted.

But new Facebook groups cropped and quickly gained more than 60,000 followers, calling for a boycott of his widely used cell phone company.

Named "We are joking Sawiris," the Facebook group said: "If you are really a Muslim, and you love your religion, boycott his projects. We have to cut out the tongue of any person who attacks our religion."

At least 15 Salafi lawyers have filed lawsuits accusing Sawiris of religious contempt, an official at the prosecutor general office said. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media.

Another Facebook group named "We hate you Mickey Sawiris" depicted the Egyptian businessman as Mickey Mouse. The group's motto is: "No to mockery of Islam."

Egypt: Miltary Conducts Virginity Tests On Women

CAIRO (The Blaze/AP) — Amnesty International said Monday that Egypt’s military rulers have acknowledged carrying out so-called “virginity tests” on female protesters — the first time the army has admitted to the much-criticized practice.

Earlier this year, some women came forward and claimed that they had been subjected to these tests. The military, as you will see below, denied the accusations:

Maj. Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, a member of the military council ruling Egypt since the ouster of President Hosni Mubarak, justified the tests as a way to protect the army from rape allegations, Amnesty said.

But the rights watchdog said al-Sisi vowed the military would not conduct such tests in the future.

The “virginity test” allegations first surfaced after a March 9 rally in Cairo’s Tahrir Square that turned violent when men in plainclothes attacked protesters and the army intervened forcefully to clear the square.

Amnesty has found 18 female detainees were forced to undergo the tests.

“Subjecting women to such degrading procedures hoping to show that they were not raped in detention makes no sense, and was nothing less than torture,” the Amnesty International secretary general, Salil Shetty, who met with the military council, said in a statement issued by the group.

“The government should now provide reparation to the victims, including medical and psychological support, and apologize to them for their treatment,” he said. A press release on the group’s web site read:

“The Major General’s comments must translate into unequivocal instructions to army staff that women are never forced to undergo this treatment again in Egypt,” said Amnesty International.

“Subjecting women to such degrading procedures hoping to show that they were not raped in detention makes no sense, and was nothing less than torture. The government should now provide reparation to the victims, including medical and psychological support, and apologise to them for their treatment.”

The youth movement that led the anti-Mubarak uprising is sharply critical of the generals now in charge, upset at the pace of efforts to lead Egypt to democracy. Since Mubarak’s fall on Feb. 11, the military has cracked down on peaceful protests, and critics say it has failed to restore security in the streets and to initiate a serious national political dialogue.

Taliban Issues Threats Against Ten Targets In US, France, UK

The Taliban has issued a chilling threat to carry out a series of attacks against 10 targets in Britain, American and France to avenge the death of Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

'Soon you will see attacks against America and Nato countries, and our first priorities in Europe will be France and Britain,' deputy Pakistani Taliban leader Wali-ur-Rehman said in a videotape aired on Al Arabiya over the weekend.

The Tehrik-e-Taliban (TTP), or Taliban Movement of Pakistan, is blamed for many of the suicide bombings across the country and remains highly dangerous despite a series of army offensives against its strongholds in the north-west of the country, on the Afghan border.

It has not demonstrated an ability to stage sophisticated attacks in the West, however, and the TTP's one apparent bid to inflict carnage in the U.S. failed.

The group claimed responsibility for the botched car bomb attack in New York's Times Square last year.

But American intelligence agencies take it seriously. It was later added to the country's list of foreign terrorist organisations.

The video showed Rehman, described as more sober and experienced than other TTP leaders, flanked by armed followers walking through rough mountain terrain.

He sits on a blanket beside a sniper's rifle on a hilltop and explains the TTP's plans.

He said: 'We selected 10 targets to avenge the death of bin Laden.'

Rehman, also seen firing a machine gun into the distance in the video, did not elaborate.

But he said the first revenge operation was the Taliban siege of a Pakistani naval base in Karachi last month - one of several setbacks the military has suffered since U.S. special forces killed bin Laden on Pakistani soil on May 2.

The TTP regards the Pakistan army as a U.S. puppet and it has kept the government on the defensive since bin Laden's death, staging suicide bombings, large-scale attacks on security forces with large numbers of fighters, and employing new tactics.

A Taliban militant and his wife carried out a weekend shooting and suicide bombing on a police station that killed 12 policemen.

The United States has been leaning hard on Pakistan to crack down on militancy since it was discovered that bin Laden may have been living in the country for years.

More Pakistani cooperation is needed as Washington seeks to wind down their war effiorts in Afghanistan and defeat Al Qaeda, and its allies.

But Pakistan's generals are furious because the United States kept them in the dark over the bin Laden raid

The Pakistani and Afghan Taliban move easily across the porous frontier and provide each other with shelter and intelligence, complicating efforts to root out militancy in the region U.S. President Barack Obama has described as 'the most dangerous place in the world'.

CAIRO (AP) -- A security official says Christians and Muslims have clashed in southern Egypt over the construction of a church.

A local security chief, Assem Hamza, says Muslim residents of the Awlad Khalaf village rallied Saturday outside Christian-owned land where construction of a church was under way.

Hamza said the construction was illegal. Security forces deployed as Muslim residents, including ultraconservative Salafis, moved in with bulldozers to try to bring down the construction.

Hamza said Christians fired gunshots and the two sides scuffled. Three Muslims were shot, including one in serious condition. A Christian has stab wounds.

Christians make up 10 percent of Egypt's population and complain of attacks by increasingly assertive Salafis.

Jews and Israelis, or passengers carrying any non-Islamic article of faith, will not be able to fly Delta Air Lines flights from the U.S. to Saudi Arabia under Delta's new partnership with Saudi Arabian Airlines.

Although Delta announced in January that the Saudi airline would join its SkyTeam network next year, the implications of the deal only came to light recently, according to people who have scrutinized the details.

Saudi Arabia, which is governed by strict Islamic law, requires citizens of almost every country to obtain a visa. People who wish to enter the country must have a sponsor; women, who must be dressed according to Saudi standards of modesty, must be met at the Saudi airport by a man who will act as a chaperone.

Saudi Arabia bans anyone with an Israeli stamp in their passport from entering the country, even in transit. Many Jews believe the kingdom has also withheld visas from travelers with Jewish-sounding names.

Islam Buys Out Western Academia

Founded in 1789 by the Jesuits, Georgetown, the oldest Catholic university in the United States, must explain why it accepted $325.000 from the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which the FBI identifies as the US channel of Hamas.

The donation, revealed by Pajamas Media, was transferred to Georgetown by the Organization for the Islamic Conference for the purpose of organizing a symposium on “Islamophobia".

The famous Catholic university already received 40 million dollars from the Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal and the Qatar Foundation in 2005.

The story of the Saudi donations in the United States dates back to 1976, when Riyadh transferred one million dollars to the University of Southern California.

In 1979, Saudi Aramco World magazine published a list of Middle Eastern gifts, including $200,000 from the Saudis to Duke University for a program in Islamic and Arabian development studies; $750,000 from the Libyan government for a chair of Arab culture at Georgetown University; and $250,000 from the United Arab Emirates for a visiting professorship of Arab history, also at Georgetown.

Until that time, Ryadh spent one hundred billion dollars to spread Wahhabism, the most anti-Semitic and extremist version of Islam.

Leading the list of “beneficiaries” is Harvard, with about 30 million dollars. The jewel of the Ivy League received 20 million in 2005 alone.

20 million dollars were donated to the Middle East Studies Center at the University of Arkansas; 5 million dollars to the Center for Middle East Studies at Berkeley, in California; 11 million to Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and a half million dollars to Texas University (the seventh university, in order of size, in the United States); 1 million to Princeton; 5 million dollars to Rutgers University.

The Arab donations are spreading in Europe as well. In April, a scandal involved St. Andrews University, the third most important in the British academy and a cradle of royal nobility. Hundred of thousands of pounds were discovered to have been sent from Damascus to fund a center for “Syrian studies” there.

In March there was the scandal involving the London School of Economics, one of the best known universities in the world that conferred a doctorate to Saif al Islam Gaddafi, the son of the Libyan dictator. Shortly after receiving his doctorate, Saif al Islam "dropped" a donation to the university of a half million pounds, donated by the Gaddafi Foundation named after his father.

Oxford has a research center funded by the Iranian regime, while at Cambridge the funds come from Saudi Arabia, Oman and Iran.

Scholarships and degree programs are the favorite and easiest weapons of the Islamist regimes to influence the Western academies and their freedoms. Eight universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, have accepted more than 233.5 million pounds sterling from Saudi and Muslim sources since 1995. The total sum, revealed by Anthony Glees, the director of Brunel University's Centre for Intelligence and Security Studies, amounts to the largest source of external funding to UK universities.

Universities that have accepted donations from Saudi royals and other Arab sources include Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, University College London, the London School of Economics, Exeter, Dundee and City.

The consequences of the funding have been very clear:

70 per cent of political science lectures at the Middle Eastern Centre at St Antony’s College, Oxford, were “implacably hostile” to the West and Israel.

At Georgetown, the money was funneled toward its Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding, which was quickly renamed the Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding. The center, part of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, trains many of America’s diplomats and it spreads anti-Semitic and anti-western ideas.

There are 17 federally funded centers on American college campuses devoted solely to Middle Eastern studies centers and most of them support pro-Islamist ideas. The Soviet Union during the Cold War invested much less for its propaganda operations in the West.

But there is another big difference. The Western intelligentia fought the Communist efforts to subvert the West. Their post-modern heirs are offering appeasement to the Islamist agenda. The glorious Western academy is becoming a madrassa.

Ohio: Muslim Woman Setenced For Providing Support To Hezbollah

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - A federal judge sentenced a Toledo mom to more than three years in prison Wednesday afternoon after she plotted to send more than $500,000 to the terrorist group Hezbollah.

During sentencing, the judge said Amera Akl's case needs to be made an example for others.

"She is remorseful. She went into this situation not intending to stand here today," said Akl's attorney Stanford Schulman.

Akl, a mother of three, was arrested with her husband last year and apologized to her family in court through tears.

The case started in 2009, when Akl was approached by an FBI informant. He told Akl he knew of donors who wanted to give large amounts of money to a good cause. Akl responded by asking if they wanted to give their money to Hezbollah. She said she could ship the money but for a cut.

Schulman said the informant received money and citizenship for his help in the case. He says the informant knew Akl since he was the husband of the owner of a daycare where Akl took her kids. The informant told the government that Akl had said she'd dreamt of dressing like Hezbollah, carrying a gun and dying as a martyr.

"When you dangle a million dollars in front of someone who is a financial wreck, in order to play the game you have to play the part," Schulman said.

Schulman said his client has no connections to the group. And when federal agents raided the Akl's Toledo home last year, they found the couple trying to hide $200,000 in a vehicle they were about to ship overseas but Schulman said agents did not find any political propaganda, suspicious e-mails or websites on the group.

"She was going to keep much of the money from him and that was the scam," Schulman said.

The judge told Akl that greed is no excuse for her guilt. Akl entered a plea deal last month, reducing the maximum amount of time she could serve from 40 years to 40 months. She's now ordered to surrender herself later this summer to serve her time. After 18 months, Schulman said Akl could be released to a local halfway house for good time served. She would then be on three years of supervised release.

"The only problem is that we prefer the government not manufacture it. There is plenty of terrorism that has to be addressed and I don't know if this is the best case for it," Schulman said.

Akl herself did not answer WTOL11's questions as she walked out of the courthouse. A sentencing date for her husband Hor has not yet been set.

Afghanistan: Taliban Behead Christian Convert

ut a more recent, gruesome incident makes clear that the danger for anyone turning from Islam in Afghanistan is not over. A video released in recent weeks, and made available to WORLD this week by two separate Afghan sources, shows four Afghan militants beheading a man believed to be a Christian in Herat Province.

The militants, who claim to be Taliban, captured the victim, a man in his 40s named Abdul Latif (according to Obaid Christ, who provided translation of the video), earlier this year from his village outside Enjeel, a town south of Herat.

In the two-minute video, the men, wearing explosive belts (or suicide vests) and kaffiya head scarves to cover their faces, recite verses from the Quran while forcing Latif to the ground and pinning him with their feet. “You who are joined with pagans . . . your sentence [is] to be beheaded,” read one of the militants in Farsi from what looked like a paper decree. “Whoever changes his religion should be executed.” The passages refer to Sura 8:12 (“I will instill terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks . . .”) and the hadiths, or sayings of Mohammed.

As Latif fought his captors from the ground, one of the militants thrust a medium-sized blade into the side of his neck. With blood flowing onto the ground the militants shouted “Allahu Akhbar” or “God is great” over and over until Latif was fully beheaded and his head was placed on top of his chest.

The brutal killing followed a now-too-familiar pattern used in other beheadings captured on video, notably the killings of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl in Pakistan in 2002 and U.S. defense contractor Nick Berg in Iraq in 2004. It also likely coincided with a Taliban-incited mob attack on the UN compound in Mazar-e-Sharif in April that followed the March burning of Qurans in the United States by pastor Terry Jones’ church in Florida. After that incident an estimated 4,000 Afghans poured into the streets of Mazar and marched on the compound, killing 10 UN officials—and reportedly beheading two of them. That was followed by a May attack by the Taliban on the Provincial Reconstruction Team headquarters in Herat (at the time under Italian control), where they killed four and injured more than 38. Both cities until then were considered among Afghanistan’s safest, and slated to be the first areas turned over to all-Afghan control.

Despite the obvious uptick in violence in Afghanistan, President Obama is likely to tell the American people on Wednesday night that he will begin a drawdown of troops starting next month, with the final pullout possible next year or in 2013—earlier than a 2014 deadline agreement previously reached with Karzai.

Relations between the Obama team and the U.S.-backed Afghan government are plainly fraying in the lead-up to a drawdown. On Saturday Karzai made public that the United States had been negotiating with the Taliban. The next day, U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates for the first time acknowledged “preliminary” U.S. talks with the militant movement that carried out a five-year reign of terror from 1996 until the U.S. invasion in October 2001.

Karzai also accused NATO forces of being in Afghanistan “for their own purposes, for their own goals, and they’re using our soil for that.” In an unusual retort, U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan Karl Eikenberry responded, “When Americans, who are serving in your country at great cost—in terms of life and treasure—hear themselves compared with occupiers, told that they are only here to advance their own interest and likened to the brutal enemies of the Afghan people . . . my people, in turn, are filled with confusion and grow weary of our effort here.”

The surveys were part of the Pew Center's Global Attitudes Project. The first was conducted from April 10-26 among 1,970 Pakistanis. The second was taken May 8-15 among 1,251 Pakistanis and was nearly identical to April's poll except that it also included questions about bin Laden.

Because of security issues, not all regions of Pakistan could be reached, but both surveys cover around 85 percent of the Pakistani population. The margin of sampling error for the April survey is 3 percentage points, while it is 4 percentage points for the May survey.

The May survey found that 63 percent of Pakistanis disapproved of the bin Laden raid, while 10 percent approved and 27 percent gave no opinion.

More than half - 55 percent - saw the terror chief's death as a bad thing, 14 percent saw it as a good thing, while around one-third expressed no opinion. And of those surveyed, 51 percent said the relations between the U.S. and Pakistan would worsen as a result of the raid.

The May poll also showed that the bin Laden raid had little to no impact on Pakistani attitudes toward the U.S., which were already overwhelmingly negative.

Nearly 70 percent of Pakistanis surveyed view the U.S. as an enemy, while fewer then 1 in 10 see it as a partner, both surveys showed. Around three in four have an unfavorable opinion of America, both polls showed.

Though the survey didn't get into the details of why people dislike the U.S., anecdotal evidence over the years suggests that many Pakistanis believe the American military presence in neighboring Afghanistan, and Washington's uneasy alliance with Pakistan's government, has spurred extremists to carry out attacks in their country. There is also residual anger at the perception that the U.S. abandoned Pakistan after enlisting its help to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan in the 1980s.

Many Pakistanis say violence in their country will end if the U.S. would withdraw from Afghanistan and stop interfering in Pakistan's affairs. U.S. leaders have long tried to convince Pakistanis that Islamist extremists pose an existential threat to their country's future.

Germany: Muslim Charged With Killing 2 US Airforce Personnel

A Muslim radical who allegedly killed two American airmen during a shooting rampage in Germany was charged with first-degree murder today in Manhattan federal court.

A witness said Arid Uka, 21, repeatedly recited the phrase "God is great" in Arabic after opening fire on U.S. Air Force personnel at the Frankfurt International Airport on March 2, according to court papers.

German authorities have said that Uka, originally from Kosovo, confessed that he was seeking revenge for the American invasion of Afghanistan after watching radical Islamist videos on the Internet.

Senior Airman Nicholas Alden and Airman 1st Class Zachary Cuddeback both died after being shot in the head at close range, after which Uka allegedly wounded two more Air Force members before his gun apparently jammed.

A spokeswoman for the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's Office wouldn't say when Uka, currently in German custody, was expected to arrive in New York to face prosecution.

Revealed: Weiner’s In-Laws’ Secret Muslim Brotherhood Connections

Was Huma Abedin — wife of Anthony Weiner and deputy chief of staff to Hillary Clinton — unaware that her mother was reported as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood? Did Western media miss what has been revealed in several Arab newspapers and left secret in American government circles?

Al-Liwa Al-Arabi (translated here) claims to have leaked an extensive list, partially published by Al-Jazeera and several other major Arab newspapers, that includes Huma’s mother, Saleha Abedin, in the Brotherhood’s secret women’s division — known as the Muslim Sisterhood or International Women’s Organization (IWO).

Information about the IWO can readily be found at the Muslim Brotherhood’s official website. An excerpt from its goal, translated from the Arabic, states:

The Women Organization’s goal, in accordance with the Muslim Brotherhood rules, is to gain and acquire a unified global perception in every nation in the world regarding the position of women, and the necessity of advocacy work at all levels in accordance with the message of the Brotherhood, as written in Women in Muslim Society, and the rearing of women throughout the different stages of life [emphasis added].

The Egyptian paper Al-Dostor revealed that the Sisterhood includes 63 international members across 16 different countries — a claim confirmed by the Arab Center for Studies, headed by researcher Abdul Rahim Ali.

Neither Huma nor any major Western media outlets even mention this bit of common knowledge in the Arab world.

But there is more. Also confirmed by Arab sources is that Huma Abedin has a brother who works at Oxford University named Hassan Abedin. Oxford, which has long been infiltrated by Islamists who founded the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS), has Huma’s brother listed as a fellow and partner with a number of Muslim Brotherhood members on the Board — including al-Qaeda associate Omar Naseef and the notorious Muslim Brotherhood leader Sheikh Yusuf Qaradawi. In 2009, Qaradawi’s role within Oxford and the Muslim Brotherhood was championed by the notorious Sheikh Rached Ghannouchi of Al-Nahda – a Muslim Brotherhood affiliate now active in Tunisia. OCIS has even presented an award for great scholarly achievement to Brotherhood member Shaykh Abd Al-Fattah Abu Gudda, whose personal history goes back to the Brotherhood’s founder, Hasan al-Banna.

Even the Sunday Times acknowledges that the cradle of Islamic jihad — Al-Azhar University — actively attempts to establish links with OCIS, where Huma’s brother serves.

Was Huma unaware of all this as she accompanied Hillary Clinton to the Dar El-Hekma women’s college in Saudi Arabia? Huma’s mother is co-founder and vice dean at the college and an active missionary on issues regarding Muslim women.

Egypt Prefers Osama To Obama

First the good news: U.S. President Barack Obama is more than twice as popular in Egypt as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadenijad.

Now, the bad news: the American president's standing has never been worse in Egypt, plummeting since 2008, when he received a 25 percent favorability rating, to 12 percent in 2011. Even Osama Bin Laden, the late al Qaeda leader, was more popular this year, with a 21 percent favorability ranking. The Iranian leader fared worse, dropping from 21 percent favorability rating in 2008 to a miserable 5 percent.

The findings are drawn from a public poll of Egyptian views in the aftermath of the public uprising that brought about the resignation of Egypt's fallen leader Hosni Mubarak. The poll was commissioned by the International Peace Institute, a New York-based think tank with close ties to the United Nations and Arab governments.

The poll seeks to capture the mood of the country in the lead up to the Egypt's first post-Mubarak election, and to handicap the presidential campaign. It shows that Egyptians currently fret over issues like the economy, stability, and government corruption more than they worry about the course of the country's democratic transition.

I have heard many times that Sufi muslims are much more peaceful. One thing is for sure though they definitely do not like democracy. I found this which was posted today on a Sufi Muslim blog here in a post entitled: KHILAFAT IS THE RULING SYSTEM OF ISLAM. It is by Sheykh Abdul Kerim al-Hakkani al-Kibrisi who is the leader at Osmanli Naksibendi Hakkani Dergahi in New York. You can view their website here. In a lecture he has much to say about how he does not like democracy. You can read the whole lecture Here. But here are a few excerpts from it.

Since when that came down? Since when that sickness of Democracy entered. They removed the Khilafat, they removed the ruling system of Islam and they brought Democracy saying, ‘This is the only way we are going to rule them again. There is no other way. As long as there’s one Khalifah, how are we going to rule them? It’s not possible’. And they separated the one nation of Islam into nationalities saying to the Turks, ‘You have your own flag’, saying to Egyptians, ‘You have your own flag’, to Syrians, ‘You have your own flag’, to Pakistanis ‘Your own flag, your own flag’ and everyone raised their nationalism before Islam.

Anyway, Democracy is hypocrisy. If anyone wants to support hypocrisy, they are welcome. But the end came to that too. The end. There is a beginning and there is an end. Who’s saying that Democracy is hypocrisy? The Holy Prophet (sws) is saying. He said how Islam is going to rule. By Democracy? How foolish and idiots they are! He said to us, ‘After me the Khulafa-e Rashideen’. He said that Democracy is coming? He said, ‘After the Khulafa, Maliks, the Kings will come’. The Kings came and ruled Islam, yes. Umawis, Abbasis were Kings. The Khulafa-e Rashideen were not kings. They were Sahaba-e Kiram. Then he said, ‘After the Khulafa, the Kings will come to rule’. He didn’t say, ‘Democracy is going to come to rule’. He didn’t say, ‘The Khulafa is coming through Democracy’. Tomorrow they will say, ‘Let’s choose the Prophet too’. This is what they are saying.

Sheykh Efendi: (Smiling) All of them voted? That shows that they don’t know anything too. First of all, not even the Christian world is accepting this Democracy-hypocrisy system. Leave Islam. Huh, do the Jews accept it? No. So, the Ibrahimi religions are not accepting it. Leave Islam now. We are going to enter into that part later. Was there Democracy voting system in America 100 years ago? In France? In London? Germany? Those countries that were leading the Crusade flags against Islam, were they ruled by Democracy? Since how many years is this Democracy nonsense on? Who’s going to say? It’s not even 100 years. It’s not even 80 years. It’s not even correctly 50 years because all other regimes under the name of Democracy were dictator regimes. Look. Check it out. Until today too, everywhere under the name of Democracy are dictators. Everywhere.

So, they are supporting Democracy. Who is saying that? Sheytan is whispering saying, ‘I am the one who helped you to make the French Revolution’. If anybody knows what is the French Revolution and what happened at that time, the ruling system has changed in the world from that time. The ruling. The French Revolution was against Kingdom, against the strong man. It doesn’t matter even if it’s Westerners. Look how Britain is. Do you think the British removed the Kingdom? The nation where the sun never set. Rising from the East and going to Argentina. The sun is never setting. Everywhere they have their flag, that little tiny island there. They ruled the world, with what? With the Kingdom. Not even King but now it’s Queen. Still because it’s in one hand and still that they say ‘We have Democracy today’, but they are showing proper respect (to their Kingdom). Look at those countries that have Kingdom today, it may be crooked, it doesn’t matter, still they are strong nations. Are the Spanish becoming strong? It was strong. They had the King. The Netherlands, Belgium. Go Far East. Malaysia. Go to Brunei. Brunei is a land that we may have more land than Brunei here.

So, we are going back to Democracy. Sheytan is saying to them, ‘I helped you’. One of the worst things that happened to the world is the French Revolution. He is saying, ‘So many good people we got rid of, we hanged them’.

Say to me still that there’s Democracy in Islam. Let’s go back to the Islam of that time. Democracy, as I said, is only 50 years old. The children of Adam (as) has never seen this kind of foolishness ever before. Everyone is choosing, who? Their leaders. Let the sheep choose their shepherd. That’s exactly what it is. Your leader has to be better than you. Your leader must be thinking better than you, your leader must be in a higher state than you. How are you going to vote for this one or that one to say, ‘This one is better’, if you don’t know him? Are they voting? No. They go to cities, they go to towns, they go to here and there. The bottom point is, is Democracy working? No. They go and they buy the people. The Senators go, they buy those groups of people saying, ‘Vote for this one’. Why are they making commercials 24 hours a day?

know what Democracy is. I worked for the United Nations. I know what they are preparing to do in those nations. They cannot even dream, those foolish ones that are running and they are helping them. Almost 60 maybe 70 Muslim nations today are in the United Nations. Which one of them is putting the signature against the Yahudis that they are so much angry with them? But go inside and look what happens inside. Outside they show something else but inside look how many countries are voting against the Yahudis. Do you know who accepted the Yahudis first when they declared their nation? Before America, do you know who accepted it? So many is not going to like it maybe. Say.

Your Democracy is not going to help anymore anyway. No America, no Europe, nobody is going to help anymore the people of Democracy too. Democracy came and they say, ‘Well, human rights’. Human rights? Where is human rights? ‘I go to the United Nations’. That’s what they say. ‘For human rights’. Where is human rights? They say, ‘No, we have to go one more step ahead. Animal rights’. Where is animal rights? Islam is the one that’s giving animal rights. Not you. Then they say, ‘No, no, no. We couldn’t do it that way. We didn’t destroy this Islam on the inside. Now we are going to say ‘Feminist rights’, ‘Women’s rights’. The women of Islam lost their minds too. Don’t think I’m only talking to the men. I am talking to the women too. They lost their minds because they say, ‘Women’s rights’. Who’s saying that?

So, I’m not accepting Democracy. I am not favoring it in any way. As I said, I’m not just talking from the head. I have worked in it, I have seen what was happening and I was not only working but I had the chance of becoming the President (of Northern Cyprus). I have enough family members too and I would’ve become a President too. But I have resigned from that. I have resigned. I didn’t change the job. I could have waited two more years to be a retired man but I didn’t. I resigned from it.

I would like to talk to you today about Anthony Weiner’s marriage to his Muslim Brotherhood wife, Huma Abedin.

How is it exactly that a Muslim woman connected to the Muslim Brotherhood is married to a Jewish man? Something is not fitting here, right?

Spencer: Jamie, Islamic law prohibits a Muslim woman from marrying a non-Muslim man. A Muslim man may marry a non-Muslim woman, but not the other way around. This is yet another manifestation of Islamic supremacism: the idea is that a wife will become a member of her husband’s household, and the children will follow the religion of the father. Thus, Muslim men marrying non-Muslim women ultimately enriches the Islamic community, while the non-Muslim community must forever be made to diminish.

Consequently, when a non-Muslim man begins a relationship with an observant Muslim woman, he is usually pressured to convert to Islam, and such conversion is made a condition of the marriage. Of course, laws are often honored in the breach, and this is not always true. So while we know that Huma Abedin’s parents were devout and observant Muslims — indeed, her father was an imam — we don’t know what exactly is going on with her marriage to Anthony Weiner.

Certainly the most likely scenario is that Weiner did convert to Islam, as Abedin’s mother, a professor in Saudi Arabia, would almost certainly have insisted that he do so. Weiner has made no public statement of this conversion, but since it would almost certainly have cost him politically if he had announced it, this silence is not any indication that he didn’t actually convert.

However, it is also possible, given the recent scandal involving Weiner’s apparently frequent and sexually charged contact with other women, that the rumors that the Abedin/Weiner union is a political marriage of convenience are true. After all, in 2008, Hillary Clinton was running for president. There were widespread insinuations that she was involved in a romantic and/or sexual relationship with Abedin, her ever-present personal assistant. Those whisperings persisted into Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State. Abedin’s 2010 marriage to Weiner, at which Bill Clinton presided, put those rumors to rest.

In Islamic law, a Muslim must officiate a marriage ceremony; hence if Bill Clinton was the only one officiating, the marriage was not valid according to Islamic law. Huma Abedin would undoubtedly have known that. Thus, if no Muslim was officiating along with Clinton, Weiner would not have had to convert to Islam, as the whole thing was a charade from the outset, apparently entered into with the full awareness of all parties concerned.

FP: This all seems very strange. What do you personally think is going on?

Spencer: Either Weiner converted to Islam to marry Abedin, and a Muslim was officiating at the ceremony along with Clinton, or the marriage is a sham and Abedin, at very least, is fully aware of that — and probably the others are also. I don’t see any other possibilities.

A teenage girl told a courtroom that she had been 'sold' to Asian men for sex and made to feel 'dirty' after the men slept with her.

The alleged victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told how two men – one aged about 50 – had sex with her while she was 'paralytic'.

The girl is the principal witness in a trial of seven men accused of a sickening string of child prostitution offences, including rape, trafficking and sexual activity with a child.

Stafford Crown Court heard that the Asian men, many of them married, groomed their young and vulnerable victims, some as young as 13, before selling them to other men for sex.

The girls were 'enticed' and 'ensnared' with drugs and alcohol and believed themselves to be loved by the men who would then sell them for sex, the court heard.

But the defendants, who face a total of 52 separate charges between 2007 and 2009, all related to child prostitution, would refer to their victims as 's****' behind their backs.

Many of the girls were exploited by Ahdel Ali, 23, who was known by the Western nickname Eddie, and his brother Mubarek Ali, 28, known as Max, who were the main players in the gang of men.

Yesterday, police interviews with the young girl, who was 16 at the time, were played to the courtroom.

Asked how she realised she was being sold for money, she said of Mubarek Ali: 'It was, like, he, he, he went out and then, like, he found them and they'd ring Max [Mubarek Ali] and then he'd take them there.'

Muslim leaders in Kenya have called on the government to introduce the death penalty for homosexuals and to boycott their businesses, media reports said Monday.

"Death is the only punishment prescribed by Islam for such people as done in China and Iran," the Daily Nation quoted Sheikh Mohammed Khalifa, of the Council of Imams and Preachers of Kenya, as saying.

"We are asking Kenyans to shun businesses owned by such people and further show them open discrimination as a way of stopping the beastly act," he told reporters at an anti-homosexual workshop.

"They grossly abuse rights of others and should not be accepted among the society," he said.

The workshop was attended by more than 150 madrassa teachers and was called to address the problem of sexual abuse of boys.

Another participant at the work shop, Sheikh Majid Obeid also blamed Kenya's recent drought on "illicit activities."

"The rising cost of living and drought are due to the behaviour of these Kenyans who are not ready to change," he said.
