Treason and Sedition are not covered under the First Amendment's Freedom of Speech, nor is yelling, "fire" in a crowded movie theater.

Clearly, the duty of the Attorney-General of the United States is to file criminal charges against this individual.

BTW, treason in a time of war, and Congress did declared war back in 2001, carries a maximum penalty of DEATH!

The only question I have is why this traitor hasn't ben arrested and charged by the FBI for treason?

Perhaps Julio is an informant for that agency...We had a case here in Orlando recently where an FBI informant organized and led a Nazi March in 2006 thru a black district that resulted in a riot and arrests...This would explain Julio's "Bullet-Proof" status at Kent State.

I posted yesterday anonymously that the smalldoseofreality blog is a mock news site. The blogger who we affectionately call Barry because of the Goldwater avatar, was part of a small group of us trying to bring Pino's online antics to light.

Barry spoofs alot of the bloghi bloggers. I believe that he is behind the global-bore site and the Mad ravings of Julio Pino site, though I haven't asked him directly.

The only legitimate site that I believe is Pino's is Globalwar.bloghi.com

Unfortunately, foxnews.com and the cleveland plain dealer seem determined to torpedo this story. Fox basically regurgitated the CPD article with no independent investigation. Pino is painted as a victim of hate mail for a blog he has no connection to.

Elmer's Brother, a blogger on bloghi has screen shots of his site tracker showing hits to his blog from a Kent State history dept edu address that coincide with Global War/Pino posting comments on Elmer's blog. You'd think that would be proof enough but apparently not.

I sent the screen shots to Mike Adams. And offerend them to LittleGreenFootballs.com. Mike responded but nothing from LGF.

I'm no computer guru but I can personally verify through my own interactions with him, that global war (Pino or not) speaks both Spanish and Portuguese and that on a blog named Equilibrium, he gave a young Brazilian woman his email as jpino@kent.edu. Subsequently, that comment was removed but I saw it with my own eyes.

But what do I know. I'm just a church going, army (ret) wife, homeschooling my kids who started blogging to hear some adult voices during the long days when my husband was working at the Pentagon. Unlike many "citizen journalists" I'm not looking for my 15 minutes on Drudge which is why I posted anonymously.

For a week or so last year a little band of bloggers, myself included, decided to out Pino. We posted about him almost daily for a week, sent around a petition, encouraged people to contact news outlets and the university. You can go to my blog if you want www.soccermomunplugged.bloghi.com and type Pino in the search box if you want to see what we did.

The evidence is there. For whatever reason, no one cares.
